I offer a range of sessions and delivery methods, to ensure you receive the help you need, when and where you need it. I also offer a discount for concessions. Please note that all bookings require payment in advance. Individual sessions last 50 minutes, (commonly known as a therapeutic hour.)

If you're getting in touch for the first time, I offer a free initial 20 minute consultation. This allows us to explore what the problem may be, how I can help you and compose a personalised treatment plan.
Individual Session

After your free initial consultation, we can book your sessions. This is a single session, lasting for 50 minutes, allowing you to pay as you go. The session can be booked in advance.

Sessions

After your free initial consultation, we can book your sessions. This is for a block booking of 5 single sessions, each lasting 50 minutes. The sessions can be booked in advance, ensuring you receive regular follow up appointments.
Course of x10
Sessions

This is the most competitive package, consisting of a block booking of 10 single sessions, each lasting 50 minutes. The sessions are booked in advance and scheduled at regular intervals to help you progress towards and achieve set goals.
