Urgent Help & Support

Medical & Mental Health Emergencies

If you feel like you might seriously harm yourself, attempt suicide or have seriously harmed yourself, you need urgent medical help. Please contact emergency services on 999 and/or attend the nearest A&E department

If you have their number, also call your local crisis team.​ If you can't do this by yourself, ask someone to help you.

​

A mental health emergency should be taken as seriously as a physical one. You will not be wasting anyone's time.

This includes calming exercises and a tool to get you through the next few hours.
